The product you have ordered with us have been made as per our standardised recipe, and your special instructions (if any) regarding the ingredients, flavour, and décor. However, all Bon Viveur products are made in a facility that handles potential food allergens like eggs, tree-nuts / other nut-based products, milk/dairy products, soya, gluten, approved food additives, permitted colours and improvers. These are used widely in bakery and confectionery operations worldwide and are generally safe for consumption.

Please inform us in advance in case you are allergic to any specific food product and we will take all precautions to avoid any presence of that ingredient at the production end. But owing to the production methods used, shared equipment, work environment or tools etc, we cannot guarantee possible instances of unintentional transfer of ingredients and products in trace and minuscule amounts in the final product. If you let us know about any possible allergens, we would be happy and willing to discuss and alter the recipe to address the problem.
