• As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, Bon Viveur shall have the right to either not to refund the order value to compensate our cost of material and delivery partner.
Scenario#1: Cancellation of order within 48 hours of delivery date.
– Cancellation Charges: 100% of order value
Scenario#2: Cancellation of order within 48 to 96 hours of delivery date.
– Cancellation Charges: 50% of order value
Scenario#3: Cancellation of order before 96 hours of delivery date.
– Cancellation Charges: 3% of order value
• In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Bon Viveur or its delivery partners, we shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
• A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
• Failure to deliver for no fault of Us but due to the reasons like lack of information/authorisation, erroneous addresses, then such Items shall be deemed to have been duly delivered. In such an event, you shall make payment for the same.
• You may reject the Item and not be liable to make the payment, if:
– You have not placed the order
– You have received the Item/ packaging in a damaged state or in a state not fit for human consumption,
– You have received an incorrect product
• Once we receive your email on boviveur3@gmail.com or call on 81472-89518 for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinise and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will be initiated. The refund amount is calculated by deducting shipping charges – if applicable – from your original payment.
• Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon delivery of the product at the designated address. Thereafter Bon Viveur will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.
• You will receive the credit of refunds within 5-7 working days – depending on your card issuer’s policies. The refunds will be issued to the same payment method which was used at the time of purchase.
